Q-VANT Technology 

 

Q-SAP™  – Quillaja Sustainable Adjuvant Platform is a technology platform combining computational learning techniques and a proprietary multi-step purification process.

To date, quillaja-based adjuvant development and production (including QS-21 and Quil-A) has focused on a highly restrictive quillaja source and a narrow chemistry spectrum significantly limiting availability and functionality.

Q-VANT is the first company to use a computational-driven approach to systematically enhance quillaja sourcing options and to drive extremely effective outputs of high quality QS-21 and Quil-A homologous  production. 

The revolutionary result of these discoveries has allowed Q-VANT to change the narrative for QS-21 availability by dramatically increasing the supply by more than one thousand times (leading to billions of doses) all in a 100% sustainable way.

Q-SAP™  Technology

  • Q-SAP™ proprietary technology enables Q-VANT to obtain adjuvant products from a wide range of quillaja-based  plant materials which can increase production volumes by as much as 1,000 times.
  • Q-SAP™ combines a computational learning system in series with a proprietary multi-step purifying/ fractionating technology optimizing the production and purity of the QS-21 fraction (QS-21 INFINITY™).
  • Our Q-SAP™ technology goes one step further to include in our research pipeline the development of new QS-21 versions with improved safety profiles, resulting in greater flexibility of use at higher doses and with less undesired effects.
